One time event: Pop up MiniNOVAT in English

We extend a heartfelt invitation to all women to join Pop up MINI-Novat meeting in English, a nurturing space where you can explore self-discovery, gain fresh perspectives, and connect with fellow participants.

Our group focuses on personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and empowerment. At the meeting you can have an experience how NOVAT- groups work and whether you would like to join a longer group later on.

At the meeting we communicate in a mix of languages, and there’s no need to speak perfect Finnish or English — everyone is welcome, including Finnish speakers who want to practice their English. The only requirement is that you understand at least some Finnish or English.

NOVAT- groups are for all women interested in self-discovery and seeking support in their daily lives, especially those navigating life in a new culture or adapting to transitions. Immigrant women who are looking for a space to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others with similar experiences and challenges.
