We respect each other, acknowledging everyone’s uniqueness and personal space without any discrimination. Everyone has the right to be seen and heard for who they truly are. We speak to one another with respect and kindness.

We honour each person’s right to self-definition and the diversity of people.

Everyone has an equal right to participate, so we provide space and enable participation for all. Each person can engage to the extent that feels comfortable for them.

Together, we all create a safer space by adhering to these principles. If necessary, we address any disrespectful speech without shaming anyone.

We are allowed to practise, ask questions, and make mistakes. We remain open to feedback and learning.
