Naistenkartanon oppilaitosyhteistyö – harjoittelut, opiskeluun liittyvät projektit, opinnäytteet yms.
Naistenkartanolla on säännöllisesti opiskelijaharjoittelijoita. Tyypillisesti oppilaitosyhteistyö liittyy sosionomi- ja yhteisöpedagogiopintoihin, mutta opintoalasi voi olla muukin. Kieliharjoittelupaikkoja emme valitettavasti pysty tarjoamaan.
Harjoittelun aikana on mahdollisuus päästä mukaan Naistenkartanon asiakastyöhön, vertaisryhmien ohjaamiseen sekä vaikuttamis- ja verkostotyöhön. Harjoittelutehtäviä voidaan painottaa opiskelijan kiinnostuksen ja harjoittelun tavoitteiden mukaisesti. Harjoittelua on mahdollista suorittaa joustavasti lähi- ja etätyöskentelynä. Harjoittelijalta edellytämme innostusta sukupuolierityiseen työhön sekä sitoutumista turvallisemman tilan periaatteisiin.
Jos olet kiinnostunut harjoittelupaikasta Naistenkartanolla, lähetä meille sähköpostia info@naistenkartano.com -osoitteeseen. Viestissä kannattaa mainita harjoittelun aihe, ajankohta ja toivottu paikkakunta (Helsinki/Tampere). Haluamme varmistaa jokaiselle opiskelijalle laadukkaan ohjauksen, minkä vuoksi paikkoja on rajoitetusti. Kannattaa siis olla ajoissa liikkeellä.

Naistenkartano is delighted to regularly host student interns, offering enriching experiences that complement their academic journey. While we frequently collaborate with students from social services (sosionomi AMK) and community educator (yhteisöpedagogi AMK) programmes, we welcome applicants from other fields of study as well. Please note that we are currently unable to provide placements for language internships.
As an intern with us, you will have the chance to engage actively in our client work, lead peer groups, and participate in impactful advocacy and networking initiatives. We design internship tasks to align with your personal interests and the objectives of your study programme. You can complete your internship with us flexibly, combining both in-person and remote work options to suit your needs.
We seek interns who are passionate about gender-specific work and dedicated to upholding the guidelines of a safer space.
